Engages students in the community to apply learning while also learning more about societal issues. We have a variety of resources, training models, and programs that we can help implement in schools to ensure that students are learning skills that will help them inside and outside of the classroom.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

When education institutions are engaged in the community magic simply happens. Engaged institutions can easily create service-learning and experiential learning opportunities, have internships program, effective after-school programs, and much more. Work with us to learn about what engagement looks like to you.

STUDENT RETENTION RESEARCH AND STRATEGIES

Learn how nontraditional students perceive retention efforts at the community college. Develop a better understanding of the nontraditional student who attends community college and battles barriers and risks of being retained. Also discover the importance feeling more inclusive, valued and supported through student-faculty interaction.

NETWORKING

Student participants will be able to articulate the value of shared experiences through community outreach, recruitment and collaboration and by developing strong relationship-building skills through networking with community based organizations. Identifying new prospects, fostering relationships are key to furthering the scope and growth of philanthropy.

FACULTY AND STAFF DEVELOPMENT

Programming, training, workshops covering a wide range of activities that institutions apply to support faculty and staff members’ roles. Great for back to campus motivation, effectively communicating on and off campus and student retention tools.

STUDENT ORGANIZATION

Student Development and Activities training and workshops to develop student, faculty and staff enhance their awareness, sensitivity, and knowledge about diversity, equity and inclusion.
